Every time I wear Farm Rio (very often), I get lots of compliments. Not cheap, but not too expensive for the uniqueness/quality (plus them seem to have some good environmental practices).

Literally cannot get a response from customer service on a damaged item (it's new with tags purchased a couple of weeks ago). I've submitted photos, the order number, and details about the issue. It's been 9 days and not a peep after submitting it on the site twice and multiple email attempts.

i love farm rio but i feel like their prices are soo steep for 100% rayon items! if i'm spending hundreds of dollars, i want to be able to wash them semi-normally without worrying that they're going to become children's clothing.
