The mesh material makes them have more give and flexibility, and even though the sole is totally flat, the insole cradles your foot and they don't feel heavy or stompy like some of the other “flat” sneakers I've tried on.

I wanted to love this shoe bc it's very cute, but it is weirdly narrow in the mid foot, so much so that it felt like I was walking on bumps on the outer edge of the shoe. Very bizarre. I don't have particularly wide feet, but was in pain after only a few minutes of wear !

One of the the heels broke off the shoes on my second wear. I got it fixed and the other one broke after another wear. An absolute and unfortunate waste of money. The quality of Steve Madden has gone down very significantly and I won't buy boots from them again.
