About the brand

Bluebella is a British luxury lingerie company founded in 2005 by Emily Bendell in London, England. Born from a desire to create lingerie that transcends traditional boundaries, Bluebella challenges the conventional binary of functional versus "sexy" underwear by offering fashion-forward designs that celebrate individual style and empowerment. The brand's mission of "sensuality redefined" centers on the belief that sensuality is something owned, not shared, creating pieces that make women feel confident and beautiful for themselves. With operations spanning the UK, US, Australia, France, and Italy, Bluebella is now sold in 17 countries and has achieved remarkable international success, earning the prestigious King's Award for Enterprise in 2024. The brand is renowned for its underwear-as-outerwear aesthetic, luxurious materials, and inclusive approach to contemporary femininity, designing statement pieces that serve as both intimate apparel and bold fashion statements for the modern, self-assured woman.

What people are saying

Red

With their textured fabrics, modern silhouettes, and luxe metal details, they're designed to work from beach to bar and beyond. Trust us, they'll end up being some of your most-worn pieces, and they're fabulously affordable, too.

ELLE

We're loving the crystal-encrusted bralettes and eyelash lace camisoles that are far too pretty to be hidden beneath clothes.

Admittedly I am absolutely obsessed with this set. It makes me feel so sexy. I highly recommend giving it a go and starting with your true sizes in everything.

I read online somewhere in a post from a few years ago to ignore their size chart and go with your true "a bra that fits" calculator size. [...] I am so glad I ignored their size chart.

For something more sultry, try Bluebella's embroidered mesh bra.

Who What Wear

I own this Bluebella set and, yep, it's just as luxe as it looks online.

I've seen a lot about Bluebella being inconsistent from set to set, so I figured I'd do a review to help anyone who had the same questions about the fit that I had.

Sizing can be inconsistent, which may lead to fit issues.

Cups run shallow for sure. Their quality isn't great. It's definitely not Temu-level, but I wouldn't pay $74 for a bra from them, maybe $40 (but I'm also kinda sale savvy lol).

So, all in all, after a month, I have nothing to show for trying to patronize their business except hours and hours wasted trying to get into contact with them and a month spent waiting for nothing with hundreds of dollars debited from my account.

They are poor quality for what you get. The band was true to size but the fit of the bra was awful - like they'd tried to market a cheap Spencer's Gifts bra as an actual supportive garment.

Whew, I wish I'd checked Reddit before buying the Camelia longline bra — even on sale, it's suuuch a dud. You described it perfectly: like a Spencer's Gifts costume lingerie set designed to not be on for long. The lacy looked pretty but so so cheap, and the cups were an absolute joke lol.
