I am really happy with the dress I purchased. I needed to request an exchange, and the customer service was great. They replied fast and were very friendly and supportive. The clothes are made of excellent quality! I highly recommend them!

I ordered from Runaway The Label before my Europe trip and was very happy with my choise. The support team got back to me fast and were really nice when I had some questions. My order arrived quicker than I thought which helped since I didn't have much time. The outfits looked really pretty – nice fit, trendy, and the fabric feels comfy when you put it on. Just note – they don't do money back, only store credit.

I tried two dresses from @runawaythelabel because I never recommend brands to clients without trying them myself. The verdict? Dresses: cute—especially the colors! Price: not bad. Quality: solid with a few quirks, but nothing wild. Return policy: absolutely NOT. Nearly $50 to return (!!!) and you only get store credit.

Extremely disappointed with the service! A product I ordered is terrible quality and fabric! Let alone the quality of the product being so poor, they have been extremely unhelpful in resolving the issue with either a return or replacement item. To pay $150 for a product that is far from acceptable is not okay.

I had a very disappointing experience. I placed an order from Dubai and was shocked by the poor quality of the item. On top of that, I paid extra for delivery, and they don't accept returns—only offer store credit... Their customer service was extremely difficult to deal with, and the product quality is far below expectations. Honestly, it's not worth the money, and I strongly advise against ordering from them.

First of all - to not have a refund (only exchange policy) in 2025 is a joke and very backwards. I purchased 2 dresses not realising that I couldn't refund them as they didn't fit well - now I'm stuck with a voucher I don't want.
