Red Sack is known for being more tight fitted than other winter brands. so when I got the extra small originally. i felt that it was quite tight around you know armpits arms and I do tend to wear thicker sweaters in the winter. and I know I like to layer.

The quality of their coats and jackets are great but I found the fit on the arms too tight (can't cross my arms without feeling like the seams will rip). Sizing is true to size everywhere else on the body.

Their return process is slow the customer service isn't really helpful I've called them 3 times for a refund of an order that got returned 3 weeks ago they left me in the dark don't respond to my emails and say the same thing over the phone I wouldn't waste your money …

I'm honestly disappointed with how far this brand has fallen. The products may look premium, but the quality is anything but. After just a few weeks of use, the fabric starts peeling or tearing at the seams and fraying at the edges.
