I'm literally experiencing the same treatment from the company right now. I'm being ignored over email and their customer service WhatsApp after trying to return a dress 1 day after it was delivered. Shocking behaviour!

I've also gone through the same process very recently, all attempts to contact them have been ignored (email, instagram, phone call, Whatsapp) and I've also subsequently been blocked from their instagram account.
