I have had a few dresses from this brand and I love the feminine design and florals. It can have a high price-point and sometimes the sizing runs really small.

nothing is worth the price tag imo. even the tank tops that are $35 are made from a very thin material.

Hi! I have soooo many old LSF pieces getting ready to sell. You are ALL right, the quality is waaaaaay down! It is so so so cheap looking now compared to before. Literally forever21 and shein prints.

I have loved LOVESHACKFANCY for years and their brick and mortar stores are amazing. The online experience, however is abysmal. Customer service essentially washes their hands with you as soon as they say your order left their possession; they refuse to help with any shipping issues as they "contract" with another vender who CHARGES at least 10 bucks on top of an already exorbitantly expensive order

I've been pretty disappointed by the stitching on some of the recent items as well like the Laticia top…I know the brand is getting more popular but it seems like they're seriously cutting corners (using viscose or polyester instead of silk and pricing it super high) and it makes me sad bc the designs are so gorgeous.

i bought a 400 dollar dress and it got a rip in it after i washed it and i followed the care instructions perfectly so it was quite disappointing.

This is a poorly run company with unprofessional practices and costumer service. I reached out to them over a week ago about a dress I never received from my online order. I sent two emails and left two voicemails. To this day not one person has gotten back to me.

I bought Minka Dress for $545 and after following instructions on handwashing the items I found multiple holes and loosen seams. Called customer service and said they can't do anything about it because of their policy. Customer service rep was extremely rude and didn't want to help or listen to the complaint.
