Terrible Customer Service – I ordered a dress three weeks ago and it had yet to be shipped. I had contacted the store and they had poor response times and kept saying it would be shipped next day. 3 weeks later they processed a refund without advising me...

I'm a size 14, in all styles I had to try a size 16. The only difference in fit was my bust. I went to to an 18 in another size and... it still felt the same as a 16?

My one critique is that it is extremely expensive for what it is (I am only justifying the cost cause it is for a special life event).

Over the last 12 months the quality has degraded significantly each line. End of last year I noticed the stitching would fall apart after or even before one wear.

I was shocked. They were charging almost $400 for the dress and it had the design and quality of a $15 dress from like Temu.

The Bec and Bridge returns process is below standard, and offers poor customer service. Bec and Bridge were very difficult about refunding the amount for the two dresses as apparently you 'can not return dresses for a refund if they were purchased on sale.'

we tried billy J and bec n bridge (in store) but found the quality was just not there and billy J's return policy wasn't friendly :(

My friend bought a Bec and Bridge dress to wear to a wedding last year and the stitching was literally coming undone at the wedding and the fabric was pilling from her bag rubbing against it.
