They charge an absolute fortune for clothing that falls apart. I brought my daughter a formal dress and after it was worn ONCE the zip failed and basically was falling apart and needed replacing.

I am extremely disappointed in Aje. My husband purchased me the Joelle Crossbody bag for birthday from a large retailer for the RRP $395. After less than four months use the metal clasp on the strap has come apart from the bag, making the bag unusable.

Bad customer service – Wish I can give 0 star. I made online ordered on 18th August. Waiting to be dispatched. I have contact couple of times about my item and finally came back to me saying just wait. And now, (4th Sep), my Ordered has been cancelled due to discrepancy in the stock.

Nice dress, however sizing was terrible. I've worn another Aje dress in the same size and it fit perfectly and was very flattering, so I purchased this dress in the exact same size. It was huge, in all areas.
