Customer service is an absolute ZERO. They don't pick up the phone ever. I got a defective item and they offered me 15% refund to take it to get repaired. I have NEVER heard of such a thing.

I ordered these shoes in my usual 9 1/2 it the shoes run at least a whole size smaller. Although this wasn't my typical experience with Loeffler Randall shoes-it would've been helpful had they indicated on their website to order a size up.
